3 DIXIE CONSTRUCTION GROUP, LLC is a full-service pipeline and facilities company established with a management team having over 100 years of combined experience in the oil and gas industry with locations in Louisiana and Mississippi with other locations in process. We are an ISNetwortd, Veriforce and Energy World Net certified company. We consistently strive to provide our customers with quality products and services safely, on time and on budget, while maintaining the highest level of integrity.
3 Dixie Construction Group pursues projects in the Oil & Gas Industry. Projects will be bid and T&M projects. These projects will be of new construction of small facility and short distance pipelines, new maintenance work in facility such as booster stations, meter stations, compressor stations and transmission pipelines as well as maintenance work to existing process piping and pipelines that are in-service.
3 Dixie Construction Group work will consist of daily safety meetings, emergency plans, qualified & certified employees in all task being performed. The work being performed will consist of fabrication of piping, welding, blasting & coating piping and structural steel. Handling & Rigging of materials will be used with nylon & cable chokers, heavy equipment such as track hoe excavators, crane, skid steer and forklifts. Excavation will consist of open cut trenches, bell holes, land clearing, site preparations and to locate foreign lines marked or unmarked. The equipment used for excavation will be track hoe, dozer, skid steer, motor grader, mulcher and hydro vac truck. Hydro testing will be performed using water, nitrogen or air depending the engineered design from the client. The hydro test equipment will be charts, crystal gauges and dead weights. Water trailer, small test trailer, high pressure hoses and a water pump the company will provide for hydro testing. Mechanical bolt-up will be performed using small hand wrench, torque wrench and high torque machines. Crew trucks with flat beds with tool boxes, 7k trailers open or enclosed will be used on each project. These trucks will transport crew members, pull 7k trailers open or enclosed and carry small tools and/or equipment.
